This 10 video lesson Maxwell Warrior Challenge Workout includes the most essential and fundamental strength movements required for health, fitness and combat sports. 

The skills taught in this workout are not intended to duplicate sport-specific skills, but to specifically stress the body in ways that are relevant to any competitive sport -- especially combat.  For this reason, Steve refers to this workout protocol as a "performance enhancement" and "prehab" mastery series: meant to stress the joints and muscles in ways that would mimic encounters on the field, court, ring, or mat.
